What is each poncho made of?
Each poncho is made from the finest bamboo and Egyptian cotton yarns. This unique blend of 70% sustainable bamboo and 30% Egyptian cotton creates a fabric that is naturally moisture wicking, warm, and extremely soft and gentle on your skin.
What are the benefits of bamboo cotton?
Antibacterial: Bacteria doesn't survive well on bamboo fabric. Bacteria grows rapidly which causes a smell in most damp towels, but bamboo dries quickly and has a smoother, silkier yarn, so bacteria can't thrive.
Moisture Wicking: Bamboo cotton is super absorbent; it wicks away moisture and dries pretty quickly, making it more comfortable to wear.
UV Protection: Bamboo fabric cuts out 97.5% of harmful UV rays.
Sensitive: Towels can be harsh and abrasive against many delicate skin types. Bamboo produces a smooth fiber which makes our ponchos incredibly soft, so they don't irritate sensitive skin.
Temperature Control: Bamboo is a hollow microfiber, which makes it warm yet very breathable. You'll be warm during winter and won’t overheat during summer while wearing one of our cover-ups.
Are the All-in-One Ponchos machine washable?
All our ponchos can be washed and tumble dried in the machine. Wash separately, inside out with cold water, and dry on medium to low heat. Do not bleach or dry clean.
What are the dimensions of the All-in-One bamboo/cotton poncho?
This is a One Size Fits All poncho. They are designed to be loose fitting.

We ship to all 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US territories)

When will my order be shipped?
Once received, we strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders received Monday through Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day.
When will my order be delivered?
You have the option to choose standard or expedited delivery across several carriers. Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen). Standard Ground is delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations.
How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted, it goes immediately into the system and cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order, you have the option to return the items for exchange or merchandise credit. If this is the case, please contact info@fuzzy-elephant.com.
How do I exchange or return an item purchased?
Any unworn product in good condition may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit.
Exchange: The best way to do this is to place a new order for the new item(s) needed, and return the unworn item(s) in good condition in original packaging. You will be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds on returns: Return the unworn item(s) in original packaging. Refunds on returns will only be credited for the purchase price, to the original form of payment, with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. Item(s) must be in good condition.
